In 2014
Our founder Pavan and his team built a patient mobile app for his daughter’s dentist, Dr. Mike Shannon — letting patients pay bills and book appointments straight from their phones.
A Big Setback
Dr. Shannon’s team loved the app — but patients were slow to download yet another one. It was a turning point: instead of building what we thought was cool, we started building what the front office actually needed.
